This 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 was the recipient of a replacement 5.2-liter Voodoo V8, which was installed in February 2021. Finished in Race Red over Ebony leather and Miko suede upholstery, the car has 6k miles and is further equipped with a six-speed manual transmission, a Torsen limited-slip differential, the Technology Package, a black-painted roof, 19″ black aluminum wheels, Brembo brake calipers, a Ford Performance air filter and catch cans, a rear spoiler, a touchscreen infotainment system with voice-activated navigation, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, blind-spot monitoring, a rearview camera, and heated and ventilated front seats. This GT350 is now offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean title.
The car is finished in Race Red with an optional black-painted roof and features HID projector headlights, functional hood and fender vents, a front splitter with the Shelby logo, a raised decklid spoiler, LED taillights with sequential turn signals, a black-finished fuel cap cover, window tint, and quad exhaust outlets. Scratches are located on the lower portion of the front splitter, and a spare unit is included in the sale. The exterior received a paint correction and a ceramic coating in March 2023.
The black 19″ aluminum wheels wear Continental tires that were mounted in August 2025. The car is equipped with six-piston front and four-piston rear Brembo brake calipers. The suspension features MagneRide magnetically adjusted dampers, performance-tuned front springs, and an aluminum front strut tower brace.
The cabin features heated and ventilated front seats trimmed in Ebony leather and Miko suede along with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, a touchscreen infotainment system with voice-activated navigation, blind-spot monitoring (BLIS), a rearview camera, dual-zone automatic climate control, a CD stereo, and cruise control.
The passenger-side dashboard plaque designates this GT350 as chassis L0265.
The Alcantara- and leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8,250-rpm redline, auxiliary gauges, and a central multifunction digital display. Additional gauges for oil pressure and oil temperature are mounted in the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 6k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.
The replacement 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 was installed in February 2021 and features a flat-plane crankshaft along with dual overhead camshafts, variable valve timing, and an engine oil cooler. A commemorative plaque displays the signature of the engine builder, and factory-rated output was 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. Additional coolers for the engine, transmission, and differential were standard, and the car is equipped with a Ford Performance air filter and catch cans. The car passed an emissions inspection in September 2020, a replacement battery was installed earlier this year, and an oil change was performed in May 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec TR-3160 six-speed manual transmission and a 3.73:1 Torsen limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report lists at least one open recall.
